2. Nature of Services
AdminISO provides specialized software services for enterprise quality management, designed to help organizations implement, maintain, and continuously improve quality management systems based on international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and other related standards. Our services include: document management, process control, risk management, quality objectives tracking, nonconformity management, internal and external audit control, and specialized consulting.
3. Client Obligations
As a client of AdminISO, you agree to: (a) provide truthful and updated information during the registration process and platform use; (b) use the service exclusively for legitimate purposes related to quality management systems; (c) maintain confidentiality of your access credentials; (d) comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction; (e) pay corresponding fees according to the contracted plan; (f) not use the service for activities that violate intellectual property rights, data protection laws, or compromise platform security.
4. Liability Limitations
AdminISO provides its services 'as is' and, within limits permitted by law, is not responsible for: (a) service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control; (b) losses or damages resulting from improper use of the platform; (c) business decisions made by the client based on information provided by the platform; (d) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (e) data losses not attributable to failures in our backup systems. Our maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to AdminISO, including but not limited to: software, source code, algorithms, methodologies, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, and any other platform content, are the exclusive property of Beira Training or its licensors. The client obtains only a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use during the validity of their subscription. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without express written authorization.
6. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, which is an integral part of this legal notice. AdminISO complies with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations. Client data remains under their control and ownership, and AdminISO acts as data processor only to provide contracted services. We implement appropriate technical, physical, and organizational measures to protect personal information.
7. Service Termination
Both AdminISO and the client may terminate the service at any time according to the terms established in the subscription contract. In case of termination: (a) client access to the platform will cease at the end of the billing period; (b) the client is responsible for exporting their data before termination; (c) AdminISO will retain client data for a limited period to facilitate transition; (d) confidentiality obligations and liability limitations will survive contract termination.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For resolution of disputes related to AdminISO services, parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their current or future domicile.
9. Legal Notice Modifications
AdminISO reserves the right to modify this legal notice at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. Significant modifications will be notified to clients at least 30 days in advance through email or notices on the platform. Continued use of services after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
